Features:
Machine specially designed for mounting rubber gaskets in small volumes of accessories but with many different sizes.
It helps to reduce leaks in the ventilation system and therefore to reduce consumption costs.
Components of the machine:
- Base frame
- Rotation system with gearmotor and speed regulator by frequency driver.
1 Complete hydraulic system with servo valves and hydraulic tank, integrated in the machine (For transport safety reasons, the machine is supplied without oil) - Control unit for ribbing.
- Control unit for closing the duct.
- Ribbing table made of metal sheet with a working area made of tempered material.
- Sets of ribbing rollers made of special tempered steel to avoid the wearing caused by the cutted pieces.
- Clamping unit provided with a roller made of tempered steel.
- Support system with an articulated arm for different diameters.
